At the Davis LawFirm our philosophy of mediation is to focus upon the participants rather than just the dispute. A successful mediation brings with it an opportunity for healing as well as a resolution of legal issues. I have experienced first hand family fights over land and money. Knowing how to address these is one of the hallmarks of a good mediator.

About one third of my practice is devoted to mediation - keeping me on the front lines of the law and in touch with the juries and court personnel of the Texas Hill Country. My staff and I pray over each case, seeking God’s wisdom to lead the parties to a suitable resolution, and if possible, a reconciliation.

$400 per party for 1/2 day

$750 per party for full day (lunch provided)
